If you're having technical problems with a product you purchased from Fatcat Press and want a replacement, we ask that you email it to us at helpdesk -AT- fatcatpress.com so that we can take a look at it. Please use the subject line "Title Replacement Requested." We'll be happy to send you a corrected copy of your purchase, or refund your money (see below), depending on your preference. In your email, please tell us:

• What brand of handheld you use
• What the release of its operating system is (e.g., Palm OS 4.1, Windows Mobile 2003, etc.)
• What the nature of the problem seems to be -- won't open? text is corrupted?
• How much spare memory your device has

If you'd like a refund for a purchase you have made with us, you do not normally need to return it to us in order to receive your refund. Within 30 days of purchase please send email to sales -AT- fatcatpress.com with the following information:

• Your name as it appears on the credit card you used to make the purchase.
• Your invoice number (which you received in email at the time of purchase).
• The author and title of the work for which you're seeking a refund.
• The reason why you're seeking a refund.

We will normally issue you a credit on your credit card for the total amount of your purchase. However, we do reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
